One Box of 20 Cartridges: .32 Winchester Special, factory loaded by Hornady Manufacturing Company, USA using new Hornady brass cases with a “HORNADY 32 WIN SPL” Head-Stamp and loaded with a Hornady 165 grain, FTX® or my short name of PCJHP, for Plastic Covered Jacketed Hollow Point projectile.
History of the .32 Winchester Special Cartridge:
The 32 Winchester Special is a rimmed cartridge which was introduced in 1902 for the Winchester Model 1894 Lever-Action rifle.
The 32 Winchester Special is a 32 Caliber (.321″) and simliar to 30-30 Winchester which is 30 Caliber (.308″) cartridge which was introduce in 1895, so do not try to fire a .32 Winchester Special in a 30-30.
Remington made a rim-less version of the 32 Special and called their cartridge the 32 Remington Auto-Load.
