One Cartridge, not a box: .32 Smith & Wesson Short by Winchester Repeating Arms of New Haven Connecticut, very early production using (Then New) Winchester brass cases with a “W.R.A. .32 S.&W.” head-stamp with a “W” on the Primer. Some Oxide if any on Lead bullets and minor spots if any ion cases.

History of .32 Smith & Wesson Short Cartridge:
This pistol cartridge was introduced in 1878 for the Smith & Wesson Model 1-1/2 hinged-frame single action revolver.
It was loaded with black powder at the time of its introduction, but has been loaded with smokeless powder since 1940.
